| Essential terms to apply: 1- It is mandatory for all bidders to have a bank account (liKe PTT) in Turkey or Syria, interested vendors must specify the availability of the bank account in their offer. 2- Emissa preferred payment terms 30 days after delivery, vendors who provide less payment terms will be automatically disqualified. 3- All quantity within the BOQ mentioned as 1, selected vendor will receive a fully detailed BOQ after the evaluations is completed. 4- All workers/staff must comply with precaution measures of COVID 19 (wearing masks, social distancing .etc). 5- Sample for 1 book mentioned in the RFQ must be provided. | الشروط الاساسية للتقدم أ-وجود بنك في تركيا او سوريا (مثل بي تي تي) هو شرط اجباري على الموردين الراغبين بالدخول في المناقصة تحديد وجود حساب بنكي في عرض السعر المقدم من قبلهم. ب-شروط الدفع المفضلة لدى اميسا 30 يوم بعد تسليم المواد, الموردين الذين يقدمون أقل سيتم رفض العرض المقدم من قبلهم اوتوماتيكياً. ت-جميع الارقام المطلوبة هي محدد بعدد 1 سيتم ارسال جدول الكميات النهائي للمورد الرابح بعد الانتهاء من عملية التقييم ث-يجب على جميع العاملي الالتزام بمعايير السلامة الخاصة بالكورونا كوفيد 19 (لبس الكمامات,مسافة الامان ..الخ ج-يجب تقديم عينة واحد لكتاب مدرسي محدد في طلب عرض السعر |
